feat(shop): 添加产品分类关系功能并优化日志配置 

- 新增 Productcategoryrelation 相关的 DTO、Mapper、Service 接口及其实现类
- 在 ProductDO 中添加 relatedProductIds 字段
- 优化 ProductMapper接口和 XML 文件中的方法命名
- 更新 log4j2-dev.xml 配置，调整日志输出级别和格式
- 修改 ImportRelatedCategoryListenter 中的查询逻辑
